Do you accept all breeds?
We love all dogs big and small as long as they are friendly, spayed/neutered and not destructive. However, due to insurance coverage, we are not permitted to board aggressive breeds. Also, to be respectful and courteous to our neighbors we cannot accommodate compulsive barkers and/or howlers.
How do we make a reservation?
You are welcome to call, text or email your requested vacation dates. We will respond to you regarding our availability. At that time, we can schedule your check-in/check-out times.
Why do we need an appointment?
We plan our schedule according to when we are expecting visitors. We like to be prepared for your dog's check-in and have them packed, leashed and ready for their check-out. If you happen to be running early/late we ask that you kindly text/call to make us aware and possibly reschedule. Your bill will reflect a $5.00 fee if we are not notified.
What if we need to cancel?
Due to limited space, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your reservation. Cancellations not made 48 hours in advance will be charged the full rate for the reserved time.
What do we need to bring for our dog's vacation?
Your dog needs to be current on all of their vaccinations and flea/tick preventative. Please bring a current copy of their vaccination records, Dog-On Vacation registration form and a supply of their normal diet. You may certainly bring personal items, but they are not required.
How do you charge for our dog's stay?
We charge for each day that your dog occupies a room and is cared for in our facility.
When and how do we pay?
We accept cash and check for payment upon check-out.
